What we collect
For an order we store the items purchased, the amount, the currency, the PayPal order reference, your IMVU username, and any email address, name or note you provide.
Your cart is stored in your own browser until you clear it or complete an order.
What we never collect
We never collect or store card numbers, PayPal passwords, Cash App or Apple Pay credentials, or one-time codes. Card payments happen entirely on PayPal's checkout.
How we use it
Order information is used to prepare and deliver your order, to answer your questions about it, and to keep basic records of sales.
We do not sell your information. Payment processing information is handled by PayPal under their own privacy terms.
Retention and access
Order records are kept while needed for support and record-keeping. Only store administrators can see order records, and administrative changes to orders are logged with the account that made them.

Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers. PayPal's checkout may set its own cookies when you pay.
