How do I pay?
You can check out with PayPal on the website, or send your order over WhatsApp if you prefer to arrange payment manually with Cash App or Apple Pay.
Is this an official IMVU store?
No. IMVU Black Market is an independent third-party store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IMVU.
How is my order delivered?
Orders are delivered manually. Each product page has a delivery information field describing what we send and what we need from you, such as your IMVU username.
What do you need from me after payment?
Your IMVU username, plus any brief or recipient details the listing asks for. We contact you using the email on your PayPal order or your WhatsApp number.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled case by case as described on our Refund Policy page. Contact us with your order reference and we will review the request.
