Delivery Policy

Every order at IMVU Black Market is prepared and delivered by a person. This page explains how that works.

How delivery happens

Orders are fulfilled manually. Depending on the listing, delivery means sending hosted trigger links, files, or setting up a room on the account you provide.

Each product page has a delivery information field describing exactly what that listing includes and how it is handed over. Read it before ordering.

What we need from you

Your IMVU username is required for every order. Giftable items also need the recipient's username. Made-to-order items need a short brief.

We contact you using the email attached to your PayPal order, the email you entered at checkout, or your WhatsApp number if you ordered manually.

Timing

We do not publish a guaranteed delivery time. Standard packs are prepared as soon as we see the order; made-to-order items start once your brief is agreed.

If you have not heard from us, reply with your order reference and we will confirm the status.

Manual payments

For WhatsApp orders paid with Cash App or Apple Pay, delivery only begins after payment has been arranged and confirmed with you. Until then your order is treated as pending.
